AM Hospice care is coordinated by a team comprised of doctors, nurses, social workers, clergy, nursing assistants, and therapists. Additional helpers in the home are provided as appropriate.

Who qualifies for AM Hospice?

Patients of any age, diagnosed with a life limiting illness, are eligible to receive AM Hospice services.

Who pays for AM Hospice services?

Medicare, Medicaid and most private insurance. AM Hospice staff will help the patient and family identify sources of payment.
